Hi,

Yes I am intending to take my new Tuscan 'S' expected 1st March up there for a run. I'll be tagging along with some of the Mid-Essex cars but as it won't be run in I can't take part in my first track day. Good opportunity to show off the car and see what its all about...never took my old Chim on a track but will definitely take the Tuscan out for a spin on the track whenever I get the chance.

Alan.

May pop along with the 400 if weather is good. Does anyone know if you need to book if you are not doing the track day?

For non tracvk day cars the charge is £15 per person, car goes free!!!!

For this you get to do all the other events, such as auto test, rides round the circuit as a passenger and at the end of the day several sprints along the 2 miles straight!!

I will attending but unfortunatley for the smae reason as Alf I wont be able to take the T350 on the track as I won't have had time to run it in by then, However I'm booked up to take it on the track on the 29th May at Bruntingthorpe....

I'm going, and doing the full-on track thing, despite the nonsense with the TVRCCMannings insurance policy. - What the hell is all that about, really?!

So be warned: GIVE ME A WIDE BERTH ON TRACK BECAUSE I'M NOT INSURED! (see profile for detailed picture of which car to avoid).

Guglielmi Motorsport have kindly invited me, so would be rude not to attend, looking forward to meeting various people, hi Digga.

Tim - yes I'll look forward to putting a few more names to faces. See you there.

To further clarify my earlier warning, I'll also let Mrs Digga (of the Croft track day 180 degree spin fame) loose in the Griff, if she so chooses. You have been warned!

Bruntingthorpe are going to be renting out my silencers, and are purchasing a good stock, which makes the venue even more attractive for future events.
How many curcuits rent silencers ?
I will be there to help out where i can.

Hi there.

Not posted in this thread before but lurked quite a lot

Judas and myself will be attempting not to make complete idiots of ourselves on the track that day. I suspect he will be much more successful than me at actually getting round the track!

But what the hey, I am determined to enjoy myself!

PS I promise to keep out of everyones way

I'll be there too, in the green V8S. But don't worry about getting in the way. I'm sure the faster guys will be considerate to the slower ones, and the slower ones will do their best to help the faster guys get past when its safe. But at the end of the day we're all there for the fun of it, nobody has anything to prove. First and foremost it's a day for newcomers to have a gentle day at their own pace.

Peter, bags a passenger ride in the beast then, perhaps you could even take mine for a gentle blat to see the difference you've made in yours over the years, particulary in the braking/handling department.

Yep, me, the Noble and two other friends will be there (in their 'lowly' S2000 and 206GTI )

I'll be blasting down the runway in the afternoon (they wouldn't let the Noble on the whole track during the day.... wonder why ) so that's reason enough to go if you want to find out what a 'proper' turbo charge waste dump sounds like
