..... I saw my old T350T for sale for the first time today. I know i've done the right thing financially (for many financial reasons like needing to buy a house!), but I couldn't help but choke up a little when I saw the pics:

Mate, I sold the car to HHC over month ago (and bought a VX Turbo they had in stock)! I was bored today at work, so I decided to see what T350 prices were doing, I looked at a HHC's website, and now for the first time since they bought it off me they have pics up.

Simple as that really. There's no other motive.

Dealer I was speaking with recently said 30k seems to be a barrier and they have serious trouble shifting Tuscans, Tamoras and T350s above this point - whatever the age/warranty. Put them below 30k and they go quickly. Obviously not nice if your car is worth 33k or whatever, but I guess this would mean it isn't

To be fair to HHC they paid top whack for it from me (£30.5k), due to it being a desired colour, 3yr warranty and decent spec. So HHC must have put it up at that price with a view to somebody haggling, so I guestimate they are looking to get about £33k for it.

Therfore all in all I can't really grumble about the mark up, because they also cut me a good deal on the VXT to.

It was just a bit sad seeing the pics for the first time.

I know you'd mentioned getting a good price for it Kev. I know dealers make money and have nothing against them doing so either.

I think most dealers are ok, but a few (who shall remain nameles), were just taking the piss blatantly! A few offered me £25k, when they knew they could put it on the forecourt without having to do ANYTHING to it (apart from wash it), and get near £33k.
