Photosharing suggestions

I am looking for a site that would allow me and fellow parents to share pictures taken at the kids school prom (end of year 6).

Looking for something secure (to put parents minds at rest) where they can upload their pix, and download others. Any suggestions? Is a yahoo group my best bet?

It will do everything you want.
