Spring rates.........

Can anybody tell me what the spring rates are on a Caterham ?? I know they are probably different for different models but generally speaking, say 250/300 lbs on the front ??

K series - 150 front

Vauxhall - 170 front

progressive springs on rear - thats the standard set up

250 front 215 rear is the race/track set up
some use 250 on the rear (and use the uprated race dampers)

these apply to post 1996 chassis
