Looking For - Mr Molaei T/A Parkside Carriages

I have had dealings with a rather unpleasant fellow called
Molsan Molaei, he canceled a HSBC Cheque (Hammersmith) in the name of

Mr Molaei T/A Parkside Carriages

He called him self Molsan Molaei, and was living at 103 Selhurst Close, Wimbledon, SW19

Since then I have seen him driving a Convertible Ferrari and Living at 100 Selhurst Close, he is supposed to be some kind of car dealer possibly in the Cheswick area, perhaps someone on the forum knows him?

I am hoping that someone can give me a ring or contact me with is whereabouts so that I might put closure on this mater

Do you have a contract or something in writing with him?

https://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk , Get a CCJ put on him and get your money back (including court costs AND interest) via sending the Bailiffs in. All done online. My guess is he won't let it go that far and will settle straight after he gets the paperwork through

Nothing in writing other than the cheque he paid me with when I finished the job, I will do the CCJ just need to confirm his home or work address first so I don’t waste any time,

Civil Matter,
I tried contacting his bank and righting to him through his bank but he I blanking any contact, if he doesn’t have any assets or cant be contacted I am wasting my time with a CCJ
Seeing as he professes to be a motor trader I wondered if anyone had crossed paths with him

I have just checked him out on our database.
His last known address was 100 & 103 Selhurst Close, London SW19. But you already know that.
Our database gives this information as correct in 2003. He may have since moved.
His first name is actually Moesen, NOT Molsan.
There is no Molsan Molaei resident in the UK.
I hope you track him down.
