I have sadly, thrown out the sky booklet
what tells you how, to program the sky remote to
operate power/volume.

any experts like to enlighten me in the dark arts!

TV codes here:

www.satcure.co.uk/tech/digicode2.htm

You just need to know what your TV model is and then follow the instructions here:

www.satcure.co.uk/tech/digicode.htm#progsky

AFAIK, just about all Panasonics use the same code set. Punch one in and try it.
