Edited to add:
There's an online theory test here www.dsa.gov.uk/mockpaper/theoryintro.htm at the DSA
... and edited again to say I should have read the question fully before answering!
There's a selection of questions here www.drivingtheory.net/ but you have to sign up and pay £4.99. There's a free one here www.learners.co.uk/thtest/

Racegirl has her theory test tomorrow and needs a bit of last minute practice, anyone know any links to sites hosting sample tests other than the dva one which only has 2 samples on it and she's passed both of them
If (heaven forbid) racegirl doesn't get through tomorrow Ive got a copy of DSA official theory Test sitting here that she can have

You should have said earlier!!! the key to passing the Theoryt test is to go through the BSM theory test CD-Rom. It takes about 4hours to properly learn everything covered on it and that is all that you need. The test sections are EXACT to the exam, the questions, even the wording! The only difference is the BSM tests are more colourful! which makes doing the proper test seem a bit disappointing
34/35 - Theory test (slipped up on the orange phonebox thingys on the motorway - they are controlled by the police, not the breakdown services!
should have known that..)
60/76 - Hazard perception (VERY high mark, good reactions. I was the only pass in that test time - 4 others were told to try again soon )

yeah!!! but only 'cos i've been to lundy island!!!
i also have the BSM CD-Rom if anyone needs it, it does help i just kept doing tests over and over until i became very good. got 33/35 for my proper test...
one of the points dropped was about horses, i believe when asked: 'what do you do when approaching a horse?' i answered: "speed up, revving the engine and beeping the horn"
- that was actually one of the options!!!Sounds like you might both benefit from the Highway Code
raceboy said: I only asked about the Puffin thing because it keeps coming up on mock tests, and whats a Toucan crossing?
Think the Puffin question came up on my bike theory test (35/35 by the way)
Toucan and puffin crossings. These are similar to pelican crossings, but there is no flashing amber phase.
