I know a few guys in the States and PSI and they are telling me if I want to Dyno my Tiptronic make sure that the Rolling Road is a mechanically linked 4wd system. They have had issues with roads that are still 4wd but run a clutch system on them. I assume these might be different type roads (obviously) but there has been certain issues regarding transmission/ecu with systems not running in sync!

Can anyone advise

I think you'll find that the prop. shaft will need to be disconnected and the RR run in 2wd mode. I ran my C4S in 4wd on Weltmeister's RR and car was constantly trying to throw itself off the rollers (too much car intelligence), great to see the power being shifted rear to front and back again.

Yip! totally agreed, heard of this being done too!

A few guys in the US have disconnected the front drive permanently, massive saving on weight and less torque loss! Just shows you how quick and how well respected the GT2 cars are, lol
