Win a Porsche 911 Turbo for £1

We`ve had a couple of TV crews round recently. The last one was for a buyers piece on 911`s where a hansome young car dealer from Uxbridge guides you through the 911 maze to be shown in September but of more interest to you grubby lot is the 5th Gear crew that were down the other week. They are giving away one of our Porsche 911`s. A 1990 5 speed 911 turbo in Guards Red.

As with everything in life, a small catch, they`re going to relieve you of £1 per try but who knows, not bad value if you win !

We still have the car and are awaiting news of the winner, I think the closing date is July 24th. Either go on the 5th gear website or follow the link.

We have been paid for the car so no vested interest in drumming up revenue - just thought you lot might like to know it`s going on.

often enter their competitions even if I don't watch the prgoramme that week as

a) choosing the correct answer requires the IQ of an earthworm to maximise revenue
b) the answer is always A so you don't even need to see the question

I thought when I saw the program on Monday that the car looked like one I had seen on 911 Virgin!

Worth a quid to have a punt, even if the odds aren't especially great. I shan't be holding my breath!
