Oh dear why do I suspect today may well be a day of the padlocks. My opinion for what its worth anyway is that we've got a superior, opinionated, and biggoted twat in our midst, and as for lotusguy well 
No seriously this has turned into a bit of a personal attack on Flasher (who is more than capable of fighting his own corner) he might well rattle a few cages but Mr "talk to me goose" really is a bit of a chopper.

Lets not let this deteriate into a "slag off america" thread though, the opinions are those of Zman874931@aol.com only and not of the US in general, (actually every american may well think Flash is a twat I don't know ) I'd hate for good decent well respected people like ErnestM it get the wrong end of the stick here.

Oh dear, I get back off holiday to this.... I'm sorry you had to be at the end of this Flasher, but he shouldn't have the glory of pi55ing people off, because of his narrow minded views, just ignore him. It seems like he is waiting for a verbal slanging match and shouldn't be given the satisfaction of having one. I want a happy day today

Why precisely, has this chap been so aggressive?
To crow about one's greatness ito size, on any level, is obviously naff in the extreme (and clearly demonstrates a massive character flaw in the verbal attacker, here) but I for one have a deep admiration and respect for the USA; it is a quite staggering nation and frankly, despite this apparent drivel, we really do share massive bonds with them.
Indeed, far more so when one considers the self-serving machiavellian mutterings from the Franco-German alliance which threatens to scupper most of our post war international institutions...
Now, I'm not suggesting becoming part of the American Union but...I know Goddam well that we shouldn't be having any truck with the banzai ostrich commie goon show and frankly, you only have to look at the German leadership to realise what a compromised farce of fudged inactivity the big Euro Scam would be.
Fortunately, the Italians, Portuguese, Spanish, Poles and other non-short arsed administrations across Europe realise the folly of the Chirac-Schroder swindle and appear to be repeating the signal of Agincourt in no uncertain terms. Which is encouraging.
Now, don't get me wrong; I have had resrvations about Iraq (cos, er - doh! - I think about things!) but as time progresses, these are disintegrating and frankly, I'm far more inclined to look at the situation with hawkish eyes than those of a lesser crested grebe.
Still, with no-marks like this jerk running wild, makes one be thankful for our own, independent ICBM capability, does it not?

The BVI's are just fantastic, small untouristy islands, gorgeous sandy beaches lined with palm trees. Good Food, even better cocktails and excellent snorkeling. Forget Barbados, St Kitts and St Lucia they are far too touristy, The BVI's are much better. Unfortunately you need to sail to most of the best islands.
