Bloody ceramics have started really sqealing as of late. In fairness they are now pretty much shot and I am going to do the alcon conversion soon. In the interim is there anything I can do to stop the noise?
Copper slip on back of pads??
Copper slip on back of pads??
As all good specialists will say, "They all do it mate."
Mine squeal like a pig all the time at slow speeds.

Get used to it, if you fit alcons with RS29s they squeak too
I thought you told me they didn't squeak Dan???
Lol - the new Alcons don't RATTLE but the RS29's still squeel on the road when cold because they are racing pads. Get som temp in them and get the transfer layer onto the discs and they go quiet

I find it impossible to keep the transfer layer with road usage, so I've just accepted they will squeal.
No rattles yet though
