Well de-cats have been developed and are currently (semi) being offered. Mostly because I havent got the company fulled formed yet and we arent taking our first customer's car for another 3 weeks, but the system is available.
I dont know if any other de cat system is available for the 'Gris yet, I dont think there are, but there are a cpl of "sports pipes" thingies on offer elsewhere I think.

I was a bit dissapointed hearing the sags exhaust compared to the tuscans. What option would be the best to get closest to that?

Best bet would be to visit an exhaust specialist and get them to make one up for you. By doing this you'll receive superior quality and they'll make one to your personal specification. I recently had an exhaust made for my Cerb in two stages, the first stage was to replace the back section including both boxes and with this I asked for an increase in bore size (from 2.125 inches to 2.5", this alone has made a difference to both performance but more importantly sound, the system now sounds much deeper and slightly louder (removed the tinny noise), next stage is to get the intermediate pipes made from the de-cats back, again I have opted to increase bore size to 2.5", hopefully there will be another small increase in performance. The reason I went away from the standard replacement "sports pipes" is because they are made in the same or very similar size to the std jobbies, so offer no real improvement except for sometimes sound.

Jules.
