Rear Foglight Fitting

Hi Guys, been quiet for a few weeks been on vacation but back on the forum again ! quick question, any body got a wiring diagram to fit a rear foglight to my 06 lumina ss coupe ? got the OE switch from holden need to know where the rear lamp ON indicator is on UK cars ? is it in the main instrument panel ? also anybody know a dealer where i can get the original type rear fog light assy for 05/06 monaro and any idea of cost ?
