Anyone know of a good tyre centre or workshop who has the knowledge and ability to correctly set up the chassis geometry on a C5 ? I have all the data in the shop manuals, but would appreciate a recommendation if anyone could suggest somewhere. Surrey/Hants/Berks would be handy. Cheers!

Saw them last week for their opinion on my uneven tyre wear and tracking etc. Very helpful and I will try to use them for my new tyres, which won't be long now. TE51CLE has some figures on tracking (I believe) if that helps.

The guys at Micheldever Tyres have done mine on a couple of occasions. I had more joy with them than the people at Bagshot. Micheldever have one of the wall-mounted rigs that they reckon has a reapeatble accuracy of 0.05 degrees and isn't as susceptible to accidental knocks like a lot of laser gear. Strange place, its in the middle of nowhere though there's always a queue !

What did they say and/or do Rich?
Do you think they could check out my C3?

If you have the correct figures I guess they could - they looked mine up on the computer.

Did they fix your tracking problem?

I have the official Chevy repair manuals for C5 and C3 if that helps anyone, I think I'll call Micheldever as they are the nearest. Not urgent, but she seems to wander slightly to the left so best check. Tom Falconer did my C3 alignment a while ago, not cheap but I think he got it about right.

Think I'll just have a ring round and see what they all have to offer.
