I am now closing in on my chosen car of choice - a 993 Targa. However, I do need to put my young daughter in the back (she's 2 at the moment) and all the info I can find for kids seats in the back of 911's is for a 996 or 997.

Is there a way in which a kids seat (through bolster cushions or changes to the seat belt) could be put in the back, as this looks like its going to cause me a problem.

Hope you can help.

Britax Trio ... Not expensive , safe , 5 point harness , changes to a booster seat later on ... Doesn't need any modifications to the rear seat .

Enjoy!!

it will be incredibly hot for the kids during summer, from engine heat and sun shining through the rear window

Told by Halfords at the weekend that the Britax Trio has now been discontinued, didn't like the fit of the replacement. Ended up buying a Maxi-Cosi Rodi which is a perfect fit into the rear of a 993, and will last until they are 12.
