Tamora boot release

Nightmare weekend. Loads to do, but havent been able to open the boot to fill the car with petrol! Luckily the roof wasnt in there at the time.

Anyone got any idea how to open the boot without using the boot release button? Is there another way?

Pressing the button still has the electric whirr, but nothing happens!!!

There is an emergency release like on the doors, will be in your manual.

Hmm....I have scoured the manual from cover to cover, and couldnt find anything in it about a manual release??? The AA couldnt find anything either.
