2.5 or 2.7 boxster??? New guys needing help!!

Hi guys,
Just one more question lol??
I am currently lookng for a boxster and
I have been told to stretch my budget to the 2.7 as they are a better engine but on paper there doesn't seem much difference, is this true?
have the 2.5's had any problems i should be weary about?

Unfortunatly if i go for the 2.7 i will have to pay £300.00 more for insurance and i won't be able to be as fussy with the spec I want. eg air con, colour

Any advice??

mate of mine has a 2.5 and it is good, I would go for a good 2.5 over bit tired 2.7. and definatly if the ins is £300 less

usual RMS check, but I personally would not put an opc waranty on a £14k car. only guessing at price

Not really much difference at all,a bit more torque and slighty revised interior few other bits.I would have the 2.7 simply because it would be a touch newer.
Go for the car which is in the best condition ultimately.
