Done the deed and swapped the T350 for a Sag.
Hope to pick up at the weekend.
In the showroom the Build quality appears a vast improvement, over even an 05 T350.
Just finalised the deal today to find the 2007 spec is going up 8kish as per another thread.
Can't work out whether that's good or bad.

It's Red Glow, from Ciceley.
Was in there with the T350 and it spoke to me.
Overall, still prefer the the looks of the T350 (prettiest car on the road?)
But as I was looking at the Sagaris in the showroom I started chuckling
The more you look at it the more F'ing mad the thing looks.
This will be my 3rd TVR 50ish thousand miles, plenty pain and mither - all worth it and then some.
Can't wait to get in it - what's the record for the quickest 1000 mile service?

I'm very happy with mine. As DJC says they really do start to fly after the 6000 mile service so don't spare the horses and rack up some miles. Virtually every car depreciates so just enjoy it otherwise it really is a waste of money. My 6000 were mostly done all over Europe and that includes lapping the Nurburgring where the car felt utterly superb. Then there was the trip to the Monza GP over the Alps...

On the depreciation thing...I believe they are no better or worse than 99% of new cars
If I was that worried about money I wouldn't drive a TVR... or anything any good for that matter

I agree entirely.
The stuff about 911's is very exaggerated when it comes to actually selling one as a friend of mine who sold a year old 996 found. Don't ever mention the 'd' word to a 911 GT2 owner.
There are of course a few exceptions in terms of getting on the order books early for an 'in vogue' car but that's all about fashion and nothing to do with driving pleasure and certainly not mechanical sympathy as it involves thrashing the dickens out of it and selling it on with 'delivery mileage' after a few weeks.
Ok mclaren F1's have held up pretty well...
but in the real world a well used VW Golf tdi is what you need to minimise depreciation and there's more to life than driving one of those.
As you're about to discover the Sagaris on the other hand is one of the great driving experiences available at any price.

They did but I was already in the taxi on the way... Turned out to be a dodgy earth connection.

Owning a T350, I had avoided driving a Sag until last weekend, when I dropped my car in to DreamMachines for a check-up and drove their demo Sag to the train station. The differences inside are minimal, except for the view forward with jagged rather than smooth front wheel arches.
Handling and performance-wise, the Sag is much more planted, and has more torque. Its louder (pops and bangs, which you don't get with the standard T350 exhaust) and definitely a more focussed car than the T350. Couldn't tell any difference under braking. Both are fiendishly quick cars, yet comfortable, and pliant around town.
The boot space is very slightly smaller than the T350, but still enough room for two sets of golf clubs!

Still in the "in love" phase so won't post too much for fear of looking a c*ck if it all goes wrong...
Gearchange much smoother and more precise than the 05 T350
Engine smoother at tick over and low revs (only done 3K revs) - more torque as well
New Steering wheel, slimmer in the hand - may also be ever so slightly greater in radius.
Have version 0.00 of "Sagaris" software which is interesting
New Stereo/speakers a great improvement.
Won't comment on build quality until 1K service.
Just going for some optimax then for a gentle run down the cat & fiddle to Buxton
