Newbie dumb question ....

.... so please bear with me. apologies if it's been asked 1000 time before too!
Plannng on camping at the 2007 24 hrs (looks like MB is one of the top spots, but seem to need to get there early), anyway, was wondering the best way to go about booking places/spaces etc. Extensive googling not bringing up much results, so thought I'd ask the experts.
Cheers, and see you there (hopefully!)

Airtrack Ltd offer a more expensive alternative ... their 'compound' has a security fence, tidy loos and showers, your 5m x 8m pitch is reserved and ready marked out, and we feel it is value for money ... the spot is Karting Nord, (obviously by the karting track) and infield from Maison Blanche.

Failing that there's always loads that appear on ebay nearer the time but obviously at a premium.
eBay can be good for last minute deals, if you feel like tempting it, and if your party is small. This year I wasn't planning to get camping tickets but browsing eBay 5 days before Le Mans, I found a campsite ticket with entry tickets for less than the advertised price...
It's very much like gambling though, and you have to get what you can, maybe not the best spot...

Booked in to Karting Nord through Just Tickets so they've still got places on this site...
Yes, this is the people that I've booked through - seemed very helpful. Now just need to sort everything else out (tent, beer, burgers, beer, BBQ, beer etc.) Looks like it'll be a fun 10 months!jds_uk said:

Now just need to sort everything else out (tent, beer, burgers, beer, BBQ, beer etc.) Looks like it'll be a fun 10 months!Another excellent website to check out is www.clubarnage.com they produce a free guide which you can download. They have a buy/sell forum. Tickets go for face value.
You could in theory just turn up with your tickets and buy everything from Carrefour or Super U (two big supermarkets)like camping equipment beer and food etc.
2007 will be my 8th year - I love it and in my opinion Maison Blanc is the best camp site.
Its a great chance to see some real exotica with a truly awesome race thrown in. Beware, however - some people don't seem to catch much of the action on the track - they seem to concentrate their efforts on trackside activities
Enjoy your planning stage and any other logistical questions feel free to ask away.
