Looks like speeding fines are to go up.
Mr Caring Alastair Darling has hinted that a "core of speeders" is basically the cause of deaths etc etc.....blah feckin blah blah...
Keep pushin us, keep it up. Itll blow up in your smug face, just like a gatso, then itll be too dammed late to put the lid back on it.
Also The Gwent pig force is now actively searching for cars with laser jammers fitted, after they suddenly discovered that laser jammers do indeed work!
Wow,... smart guys, its took em all this time to figure that out! Mind you, its to be expected from tossers like them who cant tell the difference between a woman and a woolly sheeps ass.
Apparently theyll be taking down the VRN of any car found to not give a speed reading ....to what purpose is not yet clear.
Stay off the a40/a449 at monmouth, its like theyre giving away doughnuts, theres so many of the stasi bastards hanging around there.

so ...
a hard core is responsible for the speeding, and responsible for the deaths.
So surely this hard core should be dying like flies, and the "speeding problem" should cure himself. Obviously this isn't happening.
Therefore he has just admitted that speeding does not kill and that he is talking total bollocks - or am I thinking wrong here?!?
