Free anti spyware & pop up blocker?
Discussion
If you have Windows XP and SP2 installed a good anti-spyware program that's free is Windows Defender.

Popup Blocker - I use the one integrated into Firefox.
Anti-spyware - I've found Ewido anti-malware pretty effective (available from http://free.grisoft.com) - and Spybot Search & Destroy.

Seconded. It picks up things that Spybot doesn't.
I use a combo of Microsoft Defender, Spybot, WinPatrol and Registry Mechanic. Probably overkill but nothing gets past that lot.. (edited to add they're all free except Registry Mechanic, which is stil cheap)
