Just went to drive off without shutting door properly... Didn't realise until it was too late and door started to swing out, stupid act number 2 by me was stamping on the brakes which only served to accelerate the swing of the door. Nasty cracking sound when it reached the end of its travel

However door operates normally and I can see no signs of damage of at all.

Is it likely I have done any damage?
Is there any real way you can answer that question?
Can someone please just tell me it will be fine?

Was guilty as a 17 year old to get out of an auto granada while it was on a ramp. Thing is it was in reverse and i had left the door open... crunch, oh bugger!
