Not that it would have made much difference to this idiot in all likelihood, but I think this is another argument for including motorway driving as part of the driving test.

Did anyone see that episode of "Motorway" or somthing where the police were in the outside lane of a virtually empty motorway. They came up behind of a fiesta at 110ish with lights going. What did the fiesta do?
It STOPPED in the outside lane. BOTH THE OTHER LANES WERE CLEAR!!!!!

I really really hope that after the program the police prosecuted for dangerous driving!
