Any pointers on competitive insurance companies that also cover trackdays?

Not sure what they're like but Mannings do TVR cover including trackdays - and day as long as it's club, BRDC or AOBTDA (or whatever it's called) organised....

Just spoke to Adrian Flux and they quoted £857 plus £42 per trackday whereas Heitage Insurance were £416 with unlimited trackdays free!

Hi,

Just got back from my first visit to the 'Ring (on the 12th). I used Competition Car Insurance. They told me the 'Ring was their highest rated circuit, so it seems some circuits are cheaper. For £30,000 cover they charged around £400 for my E39 M5. However, there was a £3000 excess on the policy. In addition I was charged around £50 for an additional driver, but were happy to accept my 18 yr old son on the policy. Overall I thought pretty reasonable for the risk, and they were really helpful, no hassle, all done in a few minutes on the phone and the documents arrived the next day.

Was that £400 just for 1 day?
