.....going to see Carl at www.tvruk.tv and having the full upgrade for my alarm blippers and the boot release from a blipper aswell!!

Carl is a nice guy, it didn't take very long and it wasn't too expensive so overall I'm very happy!!

Cheers

I have to pass on similar praise for Carl. I've just had a new head-unit and four speakers fitted and his advice, help and quality of work is certainly top-notch.

I was initially unsure of the head-unit, but his "You wont take it away unless you're happy" approach reassured me so I went with his advice. He spent a lot of his own time trying to source speakers at short notice for me, and when he was given the wrong (i.e more expensive) ones by his supplier he ensured I didn't pay much more than I was initially going to.

Suffice to say, the sound quality I'm getting is excellent, the install is neat and he managed to fit some massive cross-overs neatly behind the rear "shelf". I'm now just saving for a nice amp, remote boot release and other goodies!

I'm based in west London if anyone wants a look / listen.

what was the cost of the new blippers and the boot release ? like the ides of that , amount of times ive had to get in the car to release the boot when returning, or gotten out and then back in to release is getting silly...

Carl's done a few bits of work for me on my Griffith ..... he sorted my dodgy immobiliser fitted a hot start kit (not modwise), re did my ignition key to incorporate the alarm fob + fitted a remote boot release.

All work done has been excellent

Out of interest, what was the hot start mod?
