aircon issue

Was driving all day yesterday - with the aircon on...

All was good...until my leg started to get wet...

I had been the bathroom before I left the house before you ask.

The pipe that supplies the steeringwheel based blower, air seemed to be leaking.

It is more likely that this is condensation? (there did seem to be a lot of water there). Or is something in the actual aircon system leaking?
