The bank agreed my extension on my mortgage so engine upgrades are ok to go ahead.

I'm decided to go for the V8D 5.5 RV8. Spoke to Shaun the other day to confirm. Cant wait!

Thanks also to Mike (boosted LS1) for info about the LS conversion and the forced induction options, which were particularly tempting.

Out of interest, what prompted you to go for the V8D over the LSx?

Cost and I wanted the Job to be done as a drive in drive out project. The LS was probably going to run towards £12k, About 5k more than the bank would give me.
