I went to this yesterday and had a fantastic day

Loved the drifting comp, some awesome driving (and some great comedy moments with the gravel). Pity they couldn't get the dragster onto the circuit in the end as I would have really liked to see/hear that.

Was really nice to be able to wander around the pit area and get up close to a lot of the cars.

Our convoy had a few hairy moments on the way there though. 200sx's and wet roundabouts are not such a good combination

Just wonder if you got any pictures of the Atoms racing? I think thay did pretty well but the Dax with 370BHP was just too quick for them.

I only got a pic of one of the Atoms in the pit garage. Watched them running though. Looked good out there, I remember commenting that the Dax had caught one of them up despite coming out of the pit lane after them.

Yeah, that DAX Rush is a seriously focused track car! The Atoms were driven to the circuit whereas the Dax needed a trailer! It's a bit like chalk & cheese really (of course I'm biased)!

Over a lap, the Dax was .7 of a second quicker.
