I was heartened to read about TVR's agreement with Ricardo as regards the further development of the Speed Six engine.

Hopefully, this chap is as mature as his decision making appears to suggest and he can effect an Ulrich Bez type revolution in Blackers.

Certainly, the cockpit photo of the Sagaris in the latest EVO had me lusting all over again and concessions to reality, like the simple adoption of Sparco sports seats indicate the boy is most definately doing good.

Also encouraging are the conservative designs on short term sales volume; the emphasis quite rightly being on the restitution of sufficient faith in the name via serious quality improvements to bait quivering prospects back to the fold.

As I watched a Cerbera blast away from a service station yesterday, it reminded me how vital a vibrant TVR is to my motoring subconscious.

About time the boy was cut some slack. If he keeps going at the steady pace he is doing, things could just turn out mighty fine.

He had a very original idea. The reason for no new models at the motor show was because he didn't want to publicise anything new that wasn't in production as of now. After the tuscan being 3 years after being shown at the motor show, Typhon never properly making it etc.

The BBC are reporting that the company has finally chosen a location in Blackpool for a new build factory. Not sure if this is being reported elsewhere on here.

I agree with others, it's nice to see some people cut Mr. Smolenski some slack. After seeing his involvement in the Back Home weekend, and hearing the recent positive news, after some months of nothing but negatives from the media, I am feeling more optimistic about TVRs future than I have in the past year at least.
I think if we give NS our support, and give suitable time for him to continue to put his plans into place, we will see a great new future for TVR and plenty of reasons to celebrate the 60th anniversary of TVR next year.
