Hi can anyone shed any light on what fault code 4 is
i.e. fault code 3 is oil and it says so. But code 4 has no note on what the fault is. I have asked my local dealer nice chaps but they are stumped. They have looked over the car and plugged the lap top in but it shows no fault. Yet the display will on occasion say fault code 4. I don’t think its anything serious the car is performing well. For my own piece of mind it would be interesting to know what code 4 was.
Cheers

Hi Dave. My Tuscan 2 regularly comes up with the message "EFI Fault code 04". Have queried this with TVR Power and they say its nowt to worry about as long as its not displayed for more than a few seconds and clears its self. Its just the pod getting a bit confused apparently.

Hi Dave
Thanks for your reply I’m relieved its not just me getting this fault I was beginning to think I was loosing it. Your right the EFI fault code 4 is displayed for only a couple of seconds and then it goes off screen for the rest of the journey. It does not happen every time but fairly regularly and it can be at any time. I've had it for a while a confused EFI or is it just the display. The display is nothing special it’s just a commercial display from China not expensive so maybe it’s a fault with the display chip.
Thanks for letting me know. Least I know it’s not just my car.
Cheers
