Griff Growl - what do I need to know??

OK, the wife is disappearing to Ireland for a week with our toddler which means I can now come to the Growl but I'm struggling to ascertain what I actually need to do to book, what time things start etc - everything is spread across loads of threads - what we need is a single post locked thread summarising the details.

I'm probably planning to come up on Saturday morning from Chertsey arriving late morning. What Saturday lunchtime food options are there? Do I need to book a ticket? I'd be interested in joining folks for the BBQ before driving back on Saturday night but am unclear what time it starts even if tickets are still available. Would this be feasible?

Sorry if I'm being stupid but it's quite hard to read through all the threads (I'm at work!)

most things are on this single thread Here

Not sure if there are any rooms left at the hotel, give them a ring details on thread clicky above.
Some are arriving Friday and going for a curry.
Saturday is when most are arriving with stands Rolling road, lots of gassing and some run outs with a bbq in the eve at local pub 120 booked so far I believe. ( again not sure if theres any places left contact FFG in same thread above)
Sunday the same as Saturday with more run outs and more owners arriving.

There were a few rooms available at the hotel - clal 01789 740000.
BBQ - The pre booking date has passed but you can pay on the day to the pub (£12 though now). I have asked that they cater for a few more than have booked.
Rolling road has all been booked.
There will be a sani menu on the Saturday available from the hotel. If you want something else you can either drop into a pub en route or bring your own scoff.

I'm not staying over, but am going both days. I get the impression Saturday will be the busier day will the 'overnighters' leaving earlier on the Sunday.

it was a slow flow of leavers last year obviously depends on
(distance to travel/keenness to stay) + hangover recovery time = leaving time

I had to leave last year before the hangover had manifested itself to it's full extent. Otherwise I'd have to have stayed on the sunday, as well.

I've two tickets for the BBQ. The Girly has to leave for London midday so will miss out. You can have that ticket on me.

Saturday I reckon...whilst some visitors wont be here I think it wll be the busier day judging by the hotel/BBQ take up (oh and the Concourse competition(s) are on Saturday too - details in the Welcome Packs!!)

Have I mentioned that there are Welcome Packs for the first 150 attendees??
