Last week we went to see the god who is Eric Sardinas. I managed to get some decent pics with my Dimage X31. I didn't want to take my other camera as some venues don't allow photos to be taken. We're going to a different venue to see him tomorrow night and I was hoping to take my Fuji S5000 and try to get some better pics.

As I've never used it for dark conditions with strange lighting, any tips as to settings/flash (if any), etc would be appreciated. I don't want to end up with no pics.

One from last week.......... *drool*

Flash totally kills the atmosphere, so use it only in a creative way, e.g. slow sync to capture the movement. But you will need to set high ISO and need to have a fast lens (large aperture).
