Wheel Alignment.

I have bedded my Gaz coilovers in now and am going to book it in for a 4 wheel alignment! I was thinking of having 1.5 degrees neg. camber on the front and 1 deg. neg. camber on the rear but am not sure how much toe in I should have front and back....any suggestions for a fast road/track set up?
