driverside window

hi,everyone doe,s anyone know what maufactor the window switch is on a griff 1993 500. went for a buzz tonite ,parked up went to put windows up ,passenger side goes up but driver side no joy, as fuse runs, both windows can, see it being that , unless there is another 1 somewhere i don t no of is switch ford or other many thanks paul

i think they are from a Vauxhall cavalier

It is indeed Cavalier - but window problems are more often the motor, or the cable connectors just inside the car behind the carpet by the door hinges. You might even 'fix' it by operating the window 'up' switch and tugging the glass upwards at the same time.

Hi Paul,

fix that with some glue (patex). Had that prob permanently last year but then never again. it´s funny that it seem to "rattle" our only on the drivers side (cause my griff is a LHD).
