Seems there are a hundred and one very similar posts in this forum that start "NIP received... what can I do?"
Is it not worth a couple of the most knowledgeable bods, or the moderator, putting up a sticky thread with the generally agreed info that helps most people make sense of their situation? I.e. search the forums, read pepipoo, get the photo or video evidence to identify the driver, bend over and bite on this piece of leather, etc...
Not a guide to pervert the course of justice but a quick run-down of what the NIP means, your rights and links to the relevant websites.
Or would the forum look a bit bare?
