I have a bit of a problem. I have taken a series of pictures of a lilly opening up and it looks like this

I want to make the lillys white using Photoshop CS with something like colour selector or saturation but i am unsure how to do it. Can anyone help??

<pedant> Not definite about the CS thing, however I am definite 'Lily' has 2 l's not three and the plural is 'Lillies' </pedant>

Nice concept though, I like it and in fact would leave them the colour they are.

I suggest trying a Selective Colour adjustment layer, but you'll need to do it on just the flowers themselves. You'll need to get rid of all the magenta from the Magentas and the Reds. You'll probably then end up with a pink lily so try duplicating the adjustment layer and switching the blending mode to Screen. Best results will probably come from having multiple layers for each individual flower and varying the opacity of the screen layers - an educational technical exercise, but as Bee Jay says, might be best leaving them their original colour.
