How do i Stop Email Spam

How do i stop email spam mesages. I have set up loads of rules in outlook but it still downloads the messages and fills up either my deleted or junk mail folders. Most of the time on a 3g connection and it is starting to use up a hefty chunk of my monthly allowance. Is there any way of deleting these messages on my email server. The email is from my website hosted with register 1.

Is the website your own domain? Are you allowed multiple mail addresses on that domain? Change your email address, tell your mates, delete the old one. Problem solved.

I use Mailwasher 2 - a free download. You can see all the messages at the server and delete them if you wish before downloading. It's also great at stopping viruses, since most of them come in via spam.

If the mail is coming to addresses you don't use, then the easiest thing is just to disable the Catchall account (Both VDS and Domain accounts can do this.. if you need help, raise a support ticket and my chaps will assist.)
