Brooklands Books do a complete collection of road tests of the C5, much of which is taken up by the Z06 but nowhere is it compared to a Supra which was widely regarded as competition for the Camaro and Trans Am hence the lack of a face-off. The tests pitch it against 911's NSX's and the like. The only time the Americans pitch different types of car against each other is when they do the old Viper vs Vette vs Mustang tests.

Oddly, I also have the 4th gen Camaro test book and it isn't pitched against the Supra either. I don't know about the equivalent Trans Am book.

I got mine from Millbrook Books (I think that's what they're called).
