the last 2 times ive ridden my bike it hasnt felt quite as sharp as it usually does the back feels more unsettled in some corners and it takes more effort to get it right over, the rear tire whilst still legal does not have a lot left on it in the middle so would this cause a noticable difference in handlingin the dry?, last night on my way home it started raining so i took it very very easy as i have sticky tires on it, on applying virtually no throttle in second after leaving a roundabout then going onto a straight at about 25 or so mph the back spun up quite badly flicking to the left and then right i didnt chop the power off but it was all i could do to avoid it spitting me off, obviously as the tire has less tread on it i would expect this was the cause in the wet but in the dry i wouldnt have thought this would be such a huge factor?or could it be that the events of last night have severly dented my confidence today and thats caused me feeling somethings different in my head?.
A worn tyre effectively has a ridge where the middle meets the edge making handling tricky and little grip ... Remeber `sticky` rubber needs heat and slow wet weather riding isn`t where the operating temp is ...Try a new hoop ...Sometimes suspension softens over time and rain after a dry spell is makes the roads very slippy ... ..

usually im fine laying it ridght over and getting good drive out of corners but today it just wasnt happening at all, i know we all have our off days on a bike but this did feel like more and ive got to go to Brands on sunday, i was hoping to do that trip on this tire it still been legal and all but i think i might jut put another on for peace of mind this will have been the third since march 
i know i put the Michelin pilot 2CTs on last time and i think im going to stick with them again particularly as theres loads of tread left on the front still, might see about getting one fitted on saturday then go to a local roundabout and progressivly wear the right hand side right down sadly the left always seems to take longer
Just double check your tyre pressures are 34 front and 40 rear. My Blade gets really uppity if they are set any different. The feeling that it is harder to turn in could be caused by the flat spot on the rear. Mine feels the same after 1600 miles round France two weeks ago, I fitted brand new 2ct's before setting off and now it isn't as quick to get over on it's side.
If it was raining and you slid out, there is every possibility that there was a small amount of diesel or product on the road. Bear in mind that we haven't had much rain recently, a lot of crap builds up in/on the tarmac.

And incorrect pressures. It *may* be the hot weather has messed your pressures up. If not: Your rear tyre when new

What you can feel is it tipping off the flat spot.
i tend to correct my pressures every time i ride for some reason ive found both my CBR600RR and Fireblade both very sensitive to having correct tire pressures.
anyway ive been and had a new one fitted today and its feeling better already but im still been a little cautious because of it been new, right im off to put my leathers on and do a few laps of a roundabout.

ive tended to stick to the 36 front and 42 rear thats recommended and its been fine but even a couple of PSI out and it doesnt like it at all, now ive had a new rear fitted it seems fine again hopefully this one will last me until its stored for winter though!!!!!, this will be my second 2CT ive had fitted since owning it and i cant reccomend them enough although they do seem to wear out really quick.
