Marc has been making good progress with my engine since finishing Jordi's. All the porting and polishing work has been done. Everything has now been checked over and with the exception of a pulley (which he has oredered a replacement) all is good. This week's been a bit of a delay while I made some changes to how I want the engine refinishing to look. Now I've just got to wait for the refinishing to be done by which time the new pistons would have arrived and reassembly will begin, followed by tuning and testing on the dyno (he needs to check a random misfire I was getting has gone)

oh yeah, the clutch that I had replaced under warranty never wasnt (not with new parts any how) - didnt't think it had been. Its all being changed anyway but its the principle.....my hate of all dealers, car or motorcycle continues.....as does the search for one that does what they say. work on it yourself its the only way

Good to hear you are on your way back to proper Corvette ownership.

I have ordered a new clutch for the Z06 after it gave up at TOTB V last week......driving 200 miles with no clutch is "interesting" shall we say........

Hope it will be here next week and can get it fitted asap.
