Well after 3 or 4 years with NTL we finally removed ourselves from their shoddy service. It took Mrs Puggit the best part of a day to get them to understand we were leaving!

So the TV contract is going to Sky, the phone to BT...

Who gives good service on Broadband? Ideally 4Mb link

Where did the ISP thread go?!

Dunno where it went, do things unsticky after a while?

As per normal I'd recommend Nildram, good customer service, knowledgable sales people and highly reliable infrastructure.

Hi,

My 2 cents.

I've been on PIPEX broadband for almost 4 years and have NEVER had any problems with speed or connections. I think they've offering 8Mb (subject to your local exchange etc.)

Hope this helps.

Check the small print, one add I read, 'Subject to Fair Usage Policy, 40GB limit'!
