Z3 M Coupe Windows

My OFS window goes up and down OK but when it reaches the top it tries to keep lifting resulting in a loud clonk as it hits the stop, is it a faulty motor or the regulator, or possibly something else, any suggestions!

If you're up to it, take the door card off. After carefully removing the membrane, you should be able to see what the problem is...

There are nylon bushes that can give problems on these, or a simple case of a distorted arm in the assy...
