I've recently fitted Ferodo DS2500 pads all round on my '00 Tuscan with standard size undrilled disks. The pads work really well and the brake bite and feel is much improved, however this afternoon I was braking fairly hard and the rears locked up well before the fronts. I tried it a couple more times to make sure it wasn't a fluke or something on the tarmac but it did the same each time. The car brakes in a straight line and all the pistons move ok in the callipers so I guess it is a balance issue. Anyone else had this or have any ideas? I'm more than a bit concerned incase I need to brake hard in anger.

Dont know the answer to your question but have you checked that you need scalloped discs?
my t350 hubs are are small enough to have non scallped discs so if i had put scallped on i would have put a ridge in the discs plus have less braking area.
Just a thought..

What are scolloped discs? I can only guess you mean rotors that are designed to have a curved braking surface, but I've never heared of such a thing.
