If you fix up the spelling, your searches will find what is universally referred to as the:

Hayabusa

And yes it is a 1300cc

It's a cherry of an engine . . . a very loud cherry in my left ear

Yes you were correct with GSXR 1300 - and I think it is the only bike in the Suzuki range with that engine in that form.

I am a Busa owner, but know nothin about kitcars. But you may also want to know that there is two types of Busa's.The restricted Busa engine which was made after 2001(185mph) and the un-restricted one like mine (205mph)which are made befor 2001.
Also there ate two types of fuel pump systems on them. One has the fuel pump in the tank and the other has it out of the tank. Dont know if this info is any good to you but there it is

I believe the later engines are only restricted because the ECU puts an artificially low rev limit when you're in 6th gear. However, there is a 2p resistor cheat to get around it by tricking the ECU its in 5th all the time, so allowing the full rev range in all gears. It also helps with power in 1st as I believe some reduce power in the lower gear to help prevent you flipping the bike accidentally.

Of course the more practical problem with the early 'busa is the starter killing itself from a few 'un-starts'

Use thicker wiring and bigger battery with higher cranking current and it'll be fine

There's some advice I could have used 12 months ago.
