Only called them twice, been very helpful both times.. Still, I didn`t actually want anything more than information..

Actually. When I called 'em up to get a specific part they actually helped...and CALLED ME BACK! (Almost unheard of with a British business!). My only complaint would be delay in production runs of spares - but this is to be expected with a smaller manufacturer. Even though I've replied I think RichB has a point, though....not trying to be rude...

I've had nothing but good service from them, considering they are a tiny car company building cars to the whim of the owner (PW) I gets what I expects. Trefor/. (Nice scenery on the factory tours too).

That reminds me, back when I bought my first S3c I was unsure which way round the header tank and expansion tank caps went on. I called the factory to ask, and Mike Williams actually called me back at about 6:30 pm. I was very impressed I can tell you.
