what do I need to be able to... (b/band & network content)

I want to have the following set up:

Broadband coming into a wireless router so that 3 computers can wireless network with each other, the printer and the internet independent of which PC is on. 2 NAS storage units - one wired to the router and one wireless (hiden for security). The main (wired) NAS would be used as part of a SONOS distributed music system however I don't think this makes any odds.

I want the 2 NAS units to back eachother up (preferably at night at a given time on a schedule).

I would like the backup software to be able to backup any of the machines to the NAS pair.

I would really like the desktops to run some scheduling software which switches the machine on (to a schedule), carries out DEFRAGS, software updates, Virus sweeps and backups and then switches the machine off )I'm not into leaving the machine on permentantly as I'm not convinced it is a great idea.

I want all of this and really good security on the network.

What hardware and software do the assembled experts recommend?
