I have a new business which needs a disclaimer. Can someone recomend anyone who can do this for me please?

Also what sort of cost shall I expect as I'm working on a budget!

Thanks in advance.

Its to do with the use of breathalysers.

I have written something already but would like someone to look at it...

Belt and braces etc.

Are you in this field? If so i'll send you what I have if you think you can help?

I was going to suggest that you buy one of your competitors products, read their disclaimer, and write something similar (but different). Then run the wording by a lawyer at which there may be some minor (thereby inexpensive) changes required.

That said, to try and skimp and save on something as important as yours and the clients legal responsibility may be foolish. So, ignore the above and pay a decent lawyer and get the job done properly.
