Contacting Zertec
Discussion
Has anyone been in contact with clive over the past month or so? Dad is currently after a set of afterburners and is starting to lose faith in whether Zertec will be able to deliver the goods within the year.
We are also interested to hear about any of the developments he was doing with the 4.5 AJP8.
Thanks in advance,
Ben CA

Emailed Clive via the zertec website just last week regarding fitting and supply of Afterburners.
He replied within a couple of hours with full price info and instructions attached on how to fit.
Have you tried this?
If you have no luck, email me via my profile and I'll forward the email address on that way.

May I ask which channel of communication you used to contact Clive?
I have been e mailing without success and the only telephone number I have (from the links page on PH) goes through to a recorded message, in something which sounds like Malay, followed by English, which says that the number is not recognised. I know Clive is in Singapore most of the time, which is why I have been mainly using e mail.
Thanks
Andy

Does anyone have access to a Sprint magazine at the moment and can give me the telephone numbers for Zertec from the advert?
I don't want to name and shame, but I am having tremendous difficulty in purchasing a pair of Le Mans seats from Clive.
I ordered them in late November 2002, with an indicated 4-6 week delivery. Today, still no seats, or any indication of when I might get them. My gripe is not so much the delay, its that I cannot get Clive to respond to my e mails or telephone messages I have left on his mobile. Last contact was 29 January.
If anyone has successfully contacted him, please let me know how you did it!
Its a shame as the products appear to be excellent, but with Clive in Singapore and very busy, it seems very difficult to actually get hold of them!
Thanks

I've just spoken to Clive. He is still alive.
Basically his day job involves him travelling around the world and it sounds like the measures he put in place to cope with his absence haven't been working. I don't think he's making any excuses, just explaining what's happened. It isn't ideal of course and as some of you have mentioned, he's lost business as a result.
He should be able to get back on top of things in the next couple of weeks.

If hes losing so much business why doesnt he employ some young lad (say me for example) to handle this stuff whilst hes away?? I cant see why it couldnt be done if there was good communication between clive and the customers through someone. Theres no need to lose business really, it just needs a re-think.
