Nice to see the following on my way home from the office today in the 3000S: a cream Triumph Alpiney-Tigerish effort being driven enthusiastically, several MGB's, some kinda 1940's Rileyish machine (usual burgundy/black but gleaming in the evening sun), an early maroon XJ6 or 12, several pastel VW Campers, an early red Porker 911 and a probably original silver 356 (anyone on here driven a Chesil replica ?).

BUT no other Tivs, where were you ? Ah, all for sale - a multiple and mouthwatering selection of Tivs to choose from on PH at present, choice of Griffs, Wedges, S&M's - oh my God I wet my pants just thinking about that lot (but there again I'm easily pleased).

I saw my first 3000S for a very long time at Ashby Folville tonight MRT *T or similar in a pale blue, very nice indeed...

Probably the ex-David Gerald one that was profiled in "Sprint" about 18 months ago, black upholstery and chrome bumpers ?

It was something like MRT **T and had a black tonneau on which I've never seen on one before.
