zx9r dash tidy up....
Discussion
I used to have a ZX-9R and I remember the unsightly wires.
At DIY and stereo stores they sell plastic tubes of varying lengths and widths with a slit down the middle. Just cut the lenght to size and push them on and around a bunch of wires and it looks clean. You can also zip-tie them or tape in place, but if the length is right it will stay snugged up at each end and you won't need to secure it.
The other thing you can do is take a big piece of paper, trace the outlines of the dials onto it, then get a big piece of sponge, carefully cut out the dial shaps, and then trim the outside to fit in the visor area. You can secure this with doublesided tape or some type of glue. Try not to get "jaggies" in your cuts, as they will be noticeable.
Post before and after pics, and don't make it too permanent, in case you need to get at the wires.
